pasta basta la!

I was talking about food to my chef friend what did she cook during the holidays and at that time, I just finished my 30 min. cardio ( kuno)! As she described one of her old recipe from nowhere, it pushed the button to my  food cravings literally.....As I promised to her that I will duplicate that dish,  it will not happen today.  As a result, I made a pasta ( actually popular to us as spaghetti) from scratch.

Decor on Christmas..

I had a second thought in posting anything about Christmas. But everywhere you clicked in your friends sites, you cannot avoid to see/watch how beautiful they had put their decor to the fullest festive, merry and bright mood. Some of them are even stressed in walking and haggling to get the best decor... and  checked every angle how far the lights illuminated to make sure passersby can notice.  But the most important I believe, is when they arrive home after the hustle and bustle from their work or from the big city~you can tell from their smiling faces seeing their joyful home in this Peace, Happiness and Forgiveness Season.  So, I will also share some of my lights!!!

Just in time for my massage..

I was deprived with my regular massage for quite sometime since my MT friend moved out of state.  But today I got one with a different experience, style and even the music.  I used to have a muscular, focused area kind of treatment which is my preference too. And today, it was more of a combination of ritual, spiritual, energy, reiki and soothing medium pressure but effective session.  It was an advantage to have some friends in this field, you have the luxury to experience  a variety of styles and approach to balance your well being. I liked the way she facilitated the energy while talking what she felt or maybe what comes to her mind which most of it hit the bullseye. I don't know how to phrase it properly but most her personal chanting while doing the massage and the kind of spiritual music  works. Excerpt of her ESP about me; there's a lot of feminine energy at this time (  btw,I did not ask the full interpretation) energy are stacked, dealing more of feelings, heart should be opened up~ she even compared it to a boxing gloves and etchetera.....But the end results were amazing, feeling great, revived and rejuvenated.  Looking forward for next weeks trade. That's all!

While I was waiting....

I drove to Boston this morning and was looking for a place to park while waiting for a special friend who was meeting with her high school friends. Side parking are very rare to find in the morning at the same time my friend did not also bother to call~ I decided  to follow  a Ducktours and ended up to what they called Castle Island which is located in South Boston on the shore of Boston Harbor. It is currently a 22-acre (8.9 ha) recreation site, the location of Fort Independence, and has been the site of a fortification since 1634. It is now connected to the mainland by a narrow strip of land, and is thus no longer an island. The following photos were all taken in Castle Island.
