Went to Middleboro, Ma today for a photo meetup and practiced running water shooting. This is also the place where herrings pass by during this season ~tons of them and shows that they were already exhausted.

Adams Crypt...
Last weekend was good to go out, weather was nice, sunny, a little bit windy but it was considered a great treat already to New Englanders to get out from overdue hybernation...... passed by at United First Parish (my first in going inside)~ known also as Church of Presidents and the 2nd & 6th US President were also entombed. I called it also as the First Ladies Church because their wives were also next to them.
This mahogany altar is still the original.
Ceiling was designed with passion flower with lotuses surrounds it, the oral historian cannot explain the significance of the unusual domed ceiling.
The Adams Pew ~ where they were seated, it is not located in the front which is commonly reserved for important people but in between the front and the middle (maybe John Adams wanted to feel the other parishioners).
the low entrance to the crypt~ Pres. Harry Truman's head bumped his head when he visited here.
John Quincy Adams (6th US Pres.~the son) next to his wife Catherine
John and Abigail Adams
Look at the stars of the US flag (15 stars)~ maybe those were the only members of the Union at the time of their death.
24 stars
stairs going down to the crypt.
J.A.~does not stand for John Adams, sitting at Adams Pew.
